Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the exclusive nature of our products our policy states that no returns are accepted. However, You do have 14 days to exchange your items if it is defective or otherwise unsuitable. Anything exchanged after the 14 day period will be returned and the sender will be charged for shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order for an exchange to be accepted the sender must take pictures of the packaging among arrival and take pictures of the damages on clothing. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the process of exchange
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll send further instruction.
To exchange your product, you should contact support and they'll send you instructions on where to send it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
